A member of the Paris Bar since 1994, Valérie Gastinel began her career as a lawyer in the Paris office of the international business firm CLIFFORD CHANCE, where she managed and developed the Intellectual Property practice for 12 years before founding her firm in 2006.
Previously, Valérie Gastinel worked as a lawyer within the “Délégation Générale pour l’Armement (DGA)” (French Ministry of Defence). She participated in the negotiation and drafting of contracts for international cooperation in research and development, licensing of patents and know-how, in an international industrial environment where technological innovation occupies a prominent place.
Armed with her experience, Valérie Gastinel is able to support companies of all sizes as well as independent creators, whatever their fields of activity.
Valerie Gastinel is a member of APRAM (French Association of Practitioners of Brands and Models law).
